We have been in the natural stone industry since 1997, yeap! it's been that long, and we love it! We have become a leading granite countertop fabricator for the residential market and have served thousands and thousands of customers in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

We stock well over 2,000 natural stone slabs on any given day in our in-door climate-controlled warehouse and have over 100 colors to chose from. We also carry a large selection of engineered stone (man made) or otherwise known as "Quartz Stone" materials.

We also have a large selection of granite remnants starting at $32.99 per square foot for beautiful selected pieces. Granite and engineered stone remnants are a great way to upgrade your family room bartop, bathroom vanity, or poder room and even small projects such as window sills, thresholds, shelves, or even granite tile floors! options are endless when it comes to improving your home.

Hello everyone... wow the weather is crazy around the Washington DC Metropolitan areas isn't it? Either way we hope you are enjoying this spring of 2012. We have so many things going on right now that we have forgotten to update our website lately. Something we wanted to mention for this spring are kitchen design trends! it looks like more and more contemporary designs are in style, so we wanted to mention some quick tips for you to consider when working on your kitchen layout. 1) be sure to leave plenty of space for walking and moving about the kitchen easily. We understand that some home owners want big breakfast areas or large counter space, but remember that the kitchen is a high traffic area so make it feel as comfortable as possible and to reflect freedom. 2) be sure to choose standard edges for your kitchen countertops (whether they are granite countertops, or other type of materials). These standard edges can include beveled edges, plain round over, or something called an eased edge where the top as well as the bottom are slightly soften corners. 3) do not try to get all fancy with it and start creating weird abstract kitchen counter shapes, just keep it nice and straight with clean lines so to reflect a true contemporary effect.
